A collaborative 1:1 experience that gives you clarity, direction and a personalized blueprint by mapping out the foundational pillars of your business.
With crafting your blueprint you’ll have a focused plan that just may bring the ‘bend and snap’ back to your biz.
During your Concept to Clarity™ sessions we will dive into 4 pillars of your business to gain clarity, a focused direction and a strategic plan that feels authentic to you.
Our time together will be divided into (3) 90 minute sessions over one week. Each session is collaborative, intentional and focused on mapping out your vision and creating a plan around it that honors who you are.
Through our week long experience, just consider me Lorelai to your Rory, Jerry to your Elaine & Morgan to your Garcia (if you know, you know).
Seriously though, during this time, we are totally in this together. So be warned, it’s a complete collaborative experience.
Unpacking the Process.
During our time together we will walk through 4 parts of the Concept to Clarity ™ Framework. Each part builds on each other and is intentionally thought out to give you a well-rounded and practical plan that honors who you are and just feels good.
Quick note here, even though this is a process I use, everyone is different. This approach is personalized so we can be sure we are taking into consideration your experiences and circumstances.

Foundations
Holy smokes, you wouldn’t believe how many people graze over the foundations of their business. What are the foundations you ask? The meaning, the purpose, the vision, your WHY. Here’s the thing though, it’s really not their fault, There are so many vague examples on the internet that are just the tip of the iceburg. Nah, not around here. We really dig deep here because this part of the intensive is truly the, ahem, foundation for your business. Getting clear on this is the first step to clarity.
Focus
Which area do you really need to focus on to move the needle in your business? The ‘Focus’ part of our intensive is where we will unpack this. So if you’re feeling scattered, this will give you a clear area to hone in on.
Mapping
Ready to make actionable, practical goals that are totally achievable and in line with your current season? This is where it happens. We will map out your priorities and break them down into bite-sized pieces to limit overwhelm and align with your lifestyle.
Measurement
Be honest. When you saw the word “Measurement” did you just gag a little? I GET it! I have some scary math up my sleeve from school that’ll make you cringe. Here’s the thing, data doesn’t have to be scary and it’s necessary to know where you stand. Stick with me and I promise I’ll make this as painless as possible.

Before the Call
Before we start, you’ll be asked to complete the Myers-Briggs test as well as the Enneagram test. Then, complete an extensive questionnaire so we can be sure we are clear about where you are in your business and how you are feeling about it. You’ll also receive a pre-work workbook to assist you with your questionnaire.
During our calls we will:
Clarify and define your mission, vision, values and goals
Walk through your current business’ key drivers
Discuss and determine the big picture for your business
Map at your goals and create a plan to help you focus on those goals each quarter
After the Call
Within 72 hours after your final session is complete, you’ll receive your business plan delivered straight to your inbox. Huzzah!

Each week I sit with my clients for our 1:1 sessions and it is hands down the most exciting part of my week. Each session feels like I’m talking shop with a good friend about one of their favorite passions over a cup of coffee. The spotlight is on them, they get to tell me about their business wins and their business worries-with a bit of life in there too. We dig deep into the strategy we are focusing on and come out like champs with clear mind and path.
Having been behind the scenes in many businesses over the years, I’ve seen first hand how important it is for people in the online space to have someone they trust, whose objective, non-judgmental and who speaks the ‘online lingo’.
The work we do together during Concept to Clarity™ is not me telling you what to do.

If for some reason you are unable to be present the week of your intensive, you can rebook it, but I can’t guarantee when there will be a spot available.

The purpose of the application is to see if you would benefit from Concept to Clarity™. It’s definitely not an intimidating process but I do take it seriously and vet applicants before officially agreeing to work together.
